Total Investment - 8500.

1:30pm Dana + second shooter arrives at The Inn at Harbour Town to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
2:15pm Second shooter meets Billy at Harbour Town Clubhouse to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
2:15pm Bride gets into her gown
2:45pm Dana drives Lauren to Six Oaks for First Look; second shooter drives Billy to Six Oaks
3pm First Look, immediately followed by portraits at Six Oaks
3:30pm Wedding party photos at Six Oaks
4pm Family formals at Six Oaks
4:30pm Everyone heads back to Harbour Town Clubhouse
4:45pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive for ceremony; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception space details at this time
5:30pm Ceremony
6:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception details at this time
7:00pm Sunset photos (sunset 7:12pm)
7:30pm Reception starts
9:15pm Faux sparkler exit with the wedding party + family
9:30pm Photography coverage ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline (above) that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have.  Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please email me to let me know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
